All submitted information shall be protected by United States and International Treaty Copyright Laws. Mirage™ Outdoor Concepts also agrees to keep applicants personal submitted information confidential & relies upon the applicants facts to be accurate and true, as they determine the qualifications of the applicant.

All information contains proprietary and confidential information pertaining to MOC, its products, trade secrets, marketing materials, photographs, and product applications. The enclosed information is submitted to the recipient for the purpose of due diligence to purchase MOC's products, distributorships and/or distributorships.

The receipt of this submitted information is an acknowledgment and prima fascia proof that the information contained herein will be maintained in confidence and not disclosed to any third party without the express written consent of MOC. The information contained herein may not be reproduced, copied or used for any purpose other than those set forth above. The recipient agrees, upon MOC's request, to promptly return all original submitted materials and information received immediately to MOC.
